Dear Bro. Marc,
It was such a joy to meet you recently at Temple Baptist. When I heard you sing and give a testimony of thanking the people for the prayers for your wife, I asked someone, what you and your wife had been through. I was told Breast Cancer and a Mastectomy. I had told my husband, I think they might be going through what we've just gone through. And sure enough, I just felt that it was the same. I then met you and I am praying for you and Debbie as you wait for the final results of her treatment plan. God is so good to us, even in the valley. I am so sorry you and Debbie have had to go through this. It is a very hard and emotional thing to go through, but God, in His mercy and caring, carries us through somehow. He comforts us with his precious Holy Word and songs in the night. God bless you both.
In Christ's Love, Carol Houston

Bro. Cheney,
Thank you so much for working with the Crown College traveling groups. Your heart for the Lord and love of people was evident in your teaching. May your spirit of service be passed on to us as we go out this summer and continue to serve the Lord in the years to come.

Hi Marc, Don't know if you remember me but I was the pianist at Grace Baptist in Kilgore Texas for many years. So glad I found you. Since I saw you last, many things changed in my life, one being God began to give me many gospel songs to pen and record. Perhaps sometime you might like to hear one. I remember your voice and think of you often. Hope all is well with you and yours. Sherry Lee

Mark, It was good to see you and your wife at Faith Baptist Church the other Sunday, I know you are a favoite there. Your music is uplifting to the people. The old songs of Zion are still the best. Keep doing the Lord's work and He will take care of you. We do pray for you health to be able to travel and sing. God bless you

The current devotion is absolutely great and so appropriate anytime but espically this time of year. I was pressed for time when I read it earlier, so I plan to read and study it more carefully after the rush of the Christmas season is over. Merry Christmas. Love, Dad

I enjoyed reading the recent devotions. When I read the devotion regarding "Heart-Burn", I thought; "How do you spell relief? Answer: Witness!! "The Lord is risen indeed".

Dear Marc,
Thanks my brother for ernestly contending for the truths of scripture without compromise. You have once again hit it out of the ballpark. We always must remember that "evil prevails, when good men do nothing." It is refreshing to hear of preachers like yourself ... who stand unashamedly upon God's Holy Word. I know God will bless your efforts for all of the time you invest in these devotions. Take care ... and I will talk to you soon.
Love Ya' Your 2nd Brother Steven Cheney

What I gleaned from your devotion! 1. We have a limited time to work. 2. Everyone has a job to do. 3. Whomsoever God calls God equips. 4. The power of God knows no limits. 5. The compassion of Christ has no boundaries. 6. To whom much is given much is required. 7. No-one else can do your work. You will either do it or it will go undone! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!
